Lips By Monae Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Lips By Monae, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if applicable)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Local Pickup (If Offered)
Customers who choose local pickup will receive an email or message once their order is ready. Pickup details will be provided after your order has been processed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Lips By Monae is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lips By Monae is no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
Check with household members or neighbors.
Contact the shipping carrier directly.
File a claim with the carrier if necessary.
We are happy to assist you with tracking information whenever possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We’ll review your claim and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
