Lips By Monae Return & Refund Policy


At Lips By Monae, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are subject to the following policy.


All Sales Are Final


For the safety of our customers, all cosmetic purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or worn products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:



  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging


Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if the issue was our error.


Order Cancellations


Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.


Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.


Refunds


Refunds are only issued if:



  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your item arrives damaged due to our error.

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.


Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Lips By Monae is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier.


If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
